大浴場も良かったし、スタッフの対応、最高ですね。 15時前にホテルに着いたので、チェックインを待ってました。恐らく一斉にカウンターに並ぶんだろうと思って、最後にやろうと思ってました。ところが、到着した順番に案内されたのでびっくりでした。日本ならではだろうな。 帰りも清掃方にエレベーターまで読んでいただいて、気持ちよく帰りました。 部屋もきれいでしたし、マッサージを頼んだんですが、ついつい寝落ちしてしまって、15分ほど待たせてしまったのですが、イライラされることなく、本当に申し訳ないと思いました。

いつも清潔な大浴場がついているのがとても気に入っています！ 宿泊時雨が降っていたのでホテル内で食事しましたがとても安くて盛り付けがとても丁寧で大満足しました！ 海外の団体客とチェックインが重なるとエレベーターの待ち時間が長くて少し居心地が悪かったです。 チェックインの際はエレベーターは1機を団体客専用にしてもう一つはフリーにしてもらえると助かります。
