“Had a food poisoning with the offer on the 7th floor ”

“Good”

“We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.”

“I felt the location close to a open drain and sometimes with the breeze the smell was overwhelming”

“Worst stay ever even i raise complaint but no solution”

“The worst budget hotel I have ever experienced. The room smelled awful, was dirty, and infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative. The bedsheets were unwashed, unhygienic, and a serious health risk. Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be called a hotel—barely qualifies as a lodge. I strongly advise against staying here, whether you’re alone or with...

“Well run place”

“Room was very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was very flavorful, not too spicy and selection in the buffet was extensive. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to provide everything that I needed and sometimes more than what I had asked!”

“CHARUDATTA ,front manager was practically very helpful gentleman.”

“The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can.”
