The property is beautiful! We had a lovely view of the mountains from our rooms. The property owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We didn’t get the chance to eat breakfast, but it looked great. Lot’s of homemade food and pastries plus a great coffee/tea spread. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay at the Mad River Inn. Comfortable room, very helpful caretakers, and delicious breakfast! Thank you Brandon for the non-curvy mountain route for us! We really appreciated the straighter river route. Wonderful place to stay!

What a gem of a place! We only landed this place on short notice because someone else had to cancel. We really lucked out! Brandon and his family really made us feel at home. Our room was charming and so comfortable. The living room was welcoming and enabled us to visit with other travelers while enjoying some home scrumptious homemade goodies and hot tea. Brandon and his wife were a wealth of knowledge on the area and we enjoyed visiting with them. Breakfast was delish! We will definitely plan ahead to reserve a longer stay next time.

This is an amazing Inn (Bed and Breakfast) that we stayed at. The two owners, Brandon and Susannah, are amazing and generous hosts, with homemade cookies (yum!), breakfast and many other amenities on site. They also gave excellent recommendations, not just for the local area but also for the rest of our holiday in the USA. My partner and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home.

From our first contact, Brandon, the owner, was most helpful in arranging our stay. Our room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were varied, customized to our tastes, and high quality. Brandon’s tips on what to see and do were tailored to our interests. After expressing our interest to visit a local museum that was closed, Brandon called the owner and arranged for the caretaker to let us in and give us an introduction to the history All the spaces in the Inn and surrounding garden were comfortable and offered a variety of things to do
