Rooms are basic, but good size, and it was all we needed. Great property for kids. Was busy but never felt busy because the property is so large. We saw reviews of people complaining about the walk/distance between things but it’s really not that bad at all. Would like to see later hours for pool bar/restaurants/ice cream as they closed at 4pm but would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need in one spot. The lagoon on this property is awesome. It has turtles, rays, fish and more coming in from the ocean that hang out while you play in the water. There were shops on the property, but more affordable shops and restaurants down the street, so rent a car if you plan to leave the resort. Staff were friendly too.

We’d visit again; self contained gorgeous property. The one thing that could be problematic for older guests or guests with mobility challenges will need a conveyance vehicle, as it is a very, very large property. There is a tram but it was not working consistently. The staff is responsive when a request for assistance is made

We had a great view of the ocean. Nice and clean but it is a long walk from the main lobby to the Ocean Tower. There is a tram, but goes very slow and there are no signs as to when the next train will arrive. It would be nice if they had that. Lots to see and do there and the grounds were beautiful.

The room was amazing with an excellent view of the ocean. Late checkout was helpful and we took advantage of eating at the Italian restaurant. We also used the main pool and had an amazing day on Sunday. The attendant who brought us lunch and drinks was very kind and helpful.

Grounds were absolutely beautiful and cleaning staff were very polite and did a great job.Unfortunately not all amentities were functional. Bring good walking shoes and check resort daily activities menu when you first arrive. We ended up walking about 10 miles a day just on the resort grounds. Car rental through National at resort for the day was half the cost of an average excursion so definitely worth renting to explore island at your own pace. We picked ours up at 7:30am and returned it about 10:30pm at night as hotel charges parking fee if you park it overnight on site. Still totally worth it even though we did not get true full day of rental ( gas about $5.65 per gallon so get economy if you can). When all is said and done, we would book at this resort again and would bring our 17 and 21 year next time.
