Such a great location for access into Petra. A lovely rooftop with great sunset views over Petra although whatever you do don’t order the wine ! Fabulous hotel and the pool was fresh but swimmable in October.

Amazing hotel. It seems quite new. The room was very spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the entrance to Petra. Great to have the rooftop pool to cool down after we did the hike from Little Petra. Could not fault anything in this hotel. Great stay!

The perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our short stay here. It was in pristine condition, perfectly clean, comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very kind. The location was perfect, next to the entrance and within a short walk to many restaurant and market options. We felt very spoiled and would love to come back again.

Nice hotel convenient to the entrance of Petra. Rooms are nicely appointed but you do get a foul odder of sewage and drain flys in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall a good choice when visiting the area.

A lovely comfortable modern hotel, with great amenities and a relaxing stay after a long day at the Petra Archaeological site. There was a pod coffee machine in both rooms and complimentary baklava to greet us. Both rooms were well appointed and overlooked the visitor center in Petra. Other than a hiccup at check in regarding Expedia related payment for the rooms, everything went smoothly and the staff were all nothing but kind and courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and had many local dishes in addition to the standard buffet to delight and fill us up. Mamon checked us out and was gregariously funny and kind. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay here so wonderful.

Very nice hotel wuth very friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Complementary arabic sweets and minibar. Nice quality products from the dead sea in the bathroom as amenities. The room was very nice, spacious and the hotel is very close to Petra visitor centre. In fact, the rool offers fantastic view of Petra. Very nice product.

Air-conditioning in the room was perfect despite the heatwave temperature outside. In the shower, the water pressure is too low, which makes bathing a difficult experience

Much much better than expected from a decor, staff, service and value perspective! It would be quite easy for Petra Moon Luxury Hotel to rest on its incredibly good location but it doesn’t. It makes you feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment the valet arrives to help you with your bags. Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great facilities and much better room design than I expected. They could have skimped on materials or floor plan or room features but they simply did not and did everything right. I was debating between this and the Movenpick next door but I believe this was a better choice and a much better value. Highly highly recommended! Our best hotel experience in Jordan so far

The best!!!

Where do I begin! We’ve been to many hotels around the world and this one is definitely at the top of the list! Rooms are super CLEAN, breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty foods, room has a smart TV with netflix and other entertainment apps, they fast room service (delivering water & ice upon request), room had complimentary “welcome pastries,” quiet environment, and short 5 min walking distance to Petra entrance. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated that it was for only 2 nights. Also, valet parking is included with your stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. I recommend Old Street Cafe! If we ever make back out to Petra, there’s no doubt we will choose this hotel again and again!!!

Wunderschönes Hotel in unmittelbarer Laufnähe zum Haupteingang der historischen Felsenstadt Petra (ca. 3 Minuten). Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls genial mit Pool und traumhaftem Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen. Zur Sonnenuntergangszeit wird hier auch noch Tee nach traditioneller Beduinenzeremonie ausgeschenkt. Alle Einrichtungen super gepflegt, Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

This hotel lives up to the "Luxury" in its name Wow, modern spacious rooms, amazing service The front desk workers were sooo kind Fantastic hotel, 2 minute walk from Petra visitors centre, five minute walk from shops and restaurants. 5 minute cab ride up the hill to the town; 15 minute walk back down. Highly recommend this hotel, streaming services on tv (netflix, YouTube) large beds, extremely clean, large bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and walk in shower. Gift shop in lobby, pool and gym on roof, terrace on roof as well. 24/7 room service food available. Valet parking included. Shoe cleaner machine available (for free) outside hotel main door, useful after the sand/dust from Petra
