It was very pleasant place near the Petra visitor center. All staff were so helpful with kindness! We also enjoyed spa experience in the hotel and view from the room and roof top. Thank you for the hospitality.

Its location to the entrance of Petra. The staff especially at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. For a local hotel, their service is outstanding. I was a little skeptical with the very high ratings but now I understand know why.

It’s a modern property, but some of the things in the decoration make it look really cheap. Some things were broken in the room. Staff were helpful and nice, sometimes a bit too pushy. It’s alright for a short stay, not sure if worth the price.

The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the main entrance to Petra. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We had breakfast included, and it was delicious with a great variety of options. After spending hours walking through Petra, coming back to the hotel and relaxing in the refreshing rooftop pool and jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the day. Before arriving, we had some doubts about which hotel to choose, but now we know we made the right decision. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petra!

Beyond 5star! It is seldom in international travel that an entire hotel and staff can exceed all expectations. Mamoun Exec Manager and Thaer and staff from kitchen to room cleaning were beyond. I became ill with Flu and the over-the-top welcome attentive spirit had us extend 5 extra 5 Star days. Moreover, the entire Guide community, through Basal, Yuesff, Muhammad, among others in the Bedouin community remind us that there is a “Human” family and tribe of loving kindness that Yah instills in each of us if we but pause, put aside fears or prejudices and open to the miracle possibilities that God lays in front of our feet. Ultimately words fail, but heart open experiences are what real sharing and travel experiences are all about. Petra will remain in my heart as an amazing testament of what is possible when you let go and Let God! Thank you Aloha Mahalo from your Hawaiian Friends Amazing! Michael

We really loved everything about this hotel and had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the location is unbeatable—it is right next to the entrance of the Petra ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks, and Mahmoud at reception was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. The decor of both the hotel and our room was lovely, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the complimentary mini-fridge, which was fully stocked with drinks—perfectly needed after a long day of trekking around Petra and climbing the cliffs! The standard of hygiene and cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. One useful tip: when getting a taxi, I would recommend going directly to the taxi rank outside the hotel rather than asking the hotel to arrange one. We found that the hotel-arranged taxi was around double the price. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

All of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, we experienced the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of options. The only thing missing was a bar- after a long day of hiking, it would be nice to relax with a glass of wine!
