We enjoyed our stay at the Petra Heart hotel very much. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, even included free snacks (which came in handy for our hike in Petra). The location was great, only a short ride (3 min) to the visitor centre and a short walk from shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone who is visiting Petra.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. Thank you to the staff for being helpful and accommodating.

This is where we will stay every time we go to Petra. The staff are amazing, the breakfast was great, the room is what we wanted with a great shower after 2 days of walking Petra. You can walk from hotel to entrance, but it is easier to drive and park in the free parking behind the Mozenpick hotel. They gave us a ton of information on where to go and how to get there, let us use their microwave to make popcorn.. highly recommend.

Friendly and comfortable hotel

Very very friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast and the guy in charge very helpful and friendly. Abdullah on evening reception was particularly helpful and friendly, really went the extra mile. Clean room only issue is rooms are a bit cold in winter and so the heater needs to be on for some time to warm it up.

The front desk staff was wonderful very helpful and kind. Clean room and comfy bed. The best shower I had in Jordan. The taxi driver that front desk call keep the price but took us to Souvenir shop to make us buy stuff that was the only thing I didn’t like. But everything of the hotel was perfect.

Great stay

Great stay, 5 mins drive to the main Petra gate. Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Parking was only on-street but was always plentiful so no issues finding a space. Breakfast was a good selection and the chef made us fresh omelettes which was a nice touch. Overall, a good affordable stay close to Petra. Of course there are fancier places you could stay, but if you plan to spend most of your time at Petra anyway this is a clean, comfortable and convenient place to crash and also very close to many good restaurants.

The staff and owner went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and easy. Recommendations on how to do petra, where to eat, what to eat. From giving us some delicious hibiscous drink when we were checking in to key chain when we checked out. It was more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and things around. Its easy to drive or walk to petra visitor center. The hotel is new and spotless. And bed were very comfortable which is always hit or miss in some hotels but not this one. Thanks for a great stay guys 👌
