Freindly welcome and used the lovely indoor pool and spa while room was prepared. Paid extra for deluxe garden suite which was truly incredible. We ate twice in tge evening and at breakfast and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The weather improved a bit on our second day and we enjoyed the outdoor pool which has stunning sea views and is much deeper for swimming. All in all very pleased with our stay and would return especially if an out of season deal was available.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Restaurant food is very good. Many choices for breakfast. Great amenities with an onsite swimming pool, great for families and only a short walk to fabulous beach. Would definitely recommend St Moritz Hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Cornwall.

Lovely stay at St.Moritz! A lot bigger than we realised but very nice. Lovely clean room & excellent bathroom. Everything we needed. Lovely fresh milk, quality biscuits and water in the fridge. It is called a cosy room but it was a lovely, well laid out room and the bathroom & shower was a good size. Lovely quality bedding, pillows etc. We loved the swimming pool, showers and changing rooms - great. The outside jacuzzi which you swim out through the pool doors to get too. We could have stayed there all day! Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff Happy, friendly and efficient. What more do you need? Thank you -we will be back again.

The staff was incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms and restaurant and surroundings very good. The pool, however, was very chilly. Since this hotel is considered a resort, spending time in the pool is part of the enjoyment. You definitely had to keep moving when in the pool to keep warm.

It was great to have a pool and steam rooms. All very clean, however it wasn’t clear that they were open to non residents at certain times so when we wanted a swim the pool was full of children. Staff very friendly and helpful and food in restaurant was excellent.

Very overpriced. Room had no WiFi signal. No air conditioning. Breakfast was awful. Dried out from sitting under heat lamp. No baked beans?! No outside area to sit and enjoy a drink except down by the pool but pool bar closed so had to walk back up to hotel to get a drink. Furniture in bar area looked nice old and in need of replacing. Hotel in general looked like it needed some money spent on it. Looked tired and old. All in all not a good experience for £222 a night!

Lovely stay, with fab spa facilities and amazing breakfast. Only negatives were the room was sparsely decorated and a bit sterile (perfectly clean and wonderful bed/bathroom) and a humming sound through the night which was possibly coming from a boiler next door. Would definitely stay again
