Clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast included was nice. There was some minor fixes needed. The bottom base on the front door to my room was missing so there was a huge gap underneath. Could see out to the hall/inside to the room from under the door.

The construction on the 35 makes it Very difficult to get to Hotel and around the area. The construction is right infront of the Hotel, Small driveway and Bad traffic Hotel was a little ruin down outside, the construction didnt help. The room was clean, shower and bathroom clean. We had to switch to this hotel last minute, and it was decent. A little run down but otherwise was clean and staff was helpful. A/C kind of sucked though. Breakfast was lame, not many options.

These are pretty basic motel-style accommodations. Rooms open to the outside. Nothing much in the way of amenities in the rooms such as coffee maker, cups, etc. However, the rooms appear to have been fairly recently renovated and were very clean and comfortable. Good location right off I-35 and reasonably priced.

To start the hotel overall looks sketchy. We got a 2nd floor room. The hallway is hot and smelly. The room smelt like stale cigarettes and incense. The carpet was sticky. The shower had bottles of shampoo and bodywash on the wall but they were empty. We had one towel in the room so my husband went to the front desk. He was told someone would bring us stuff. They brought more towels, and little bar soaps, nothing else. The toilet had what looked like sand on the bottom of the bowl but it never flushed so not sure what that was. Overall it was disgusting. I will sat the bedsheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Best quality for the price in Waco, been there a few times. Keep expectations down for breakfast but good for the price. Wish they had some kinda juice but waffles, sausage, cereal, small muffins and coffee is fine for the price. Room was clean and kept up for an older hotel. Great bang for your buck.
