Kleines, ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage.

Dauer des Aufenthalts: 3 Nächte. Wir sind Mittags 13:30 Uhr mit dem aliscafo aus Milazzo angekommen. Im Lauf dieser 3 Tage konnten wir vom Hotel aus wunderbar zu Fuß die beiden Strände besuchen und eine Wanderung auf den Gran Cratere unternehmen.

Ottimo hotel a 300 mt dal centro

Hotel molto grazioso e con personale veramente disponibile e gentile, la posizione è molto comoda a tutti i servizi (ma d'altro canto Vulcano non ha posizioni scomode...) e con 3 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro e altri 3 minuti alla spiaggia dalle sabbie nere. L'hotel ha tutte le stanze accessibili dall'esterno come alloggi a se stanti e, per noi che avevamo orari "a caso" è stata una vera comodità. Il personale è veramente molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Abbiamo provato tutti i ristoranti convenzionati con l'hotel e sono tutti molto buoni ad eccezione del "La Piazzetta" che secondo noi è veramente imbarazzante...ok il prezzo convenzionato, ma spaghetti allo scoglio scotti e con il sugo decongelato da supermercato su un'isola proprio non si può accettare...d'altro canto è l'unico ristorante dell'isola che a settembre era più deserto del deserto del Gobi. Fossi nei gestori dell'hotel lo toglierei dalle convenzioni per evitare figuracce. Colazione, camere e pulizia e piscina assolutamente di buon livello e niente da eccepire. (Non aspettatevi un servizio da 5S+ ovvimente)

Buon hotel al centro di vulcano

Hotel è carino, al centro di vulcano, locali puliti, stanza molto carina e pulita, bagno piccolo ma buono, solo la colazione è da migliorare, e un piccolo appunto la piccola vasca idromassaggio purtroppo non funzionava, resto tutto ok, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Une nuit. Pas assez de temps pour tester la piscine ou le petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique. Lit confortable. Manque peut-être une moustiquaire. On peut en voir écrasés sur le mur mais aussi des bien vivants et bien voraces !

super accueil, hotel à taille humaine à 5 minute de marche du port, piscine propre et vraiment agreéable, chambre basique mais climatisée et propre, personnel souriant et arrangeant, il faut juste améliorer le petit déjeuner car faut l'oublier on est dans la gamme 3 étoile et le petit déjeuner est vraiment pauvre en produit gourmand, fruit un vrai chocolat chaud,de vrai jus d'orange...merci encore pour l'accueil
