“The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the luxury price. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. The food was also below expectations, and the chef’s rude attitude further affected the experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and breakfast quality. “After escaping from another cities Terrible hotel we were so happy to be at the eagle! The room was wonderful with a bathtub and super comfortable sofa. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but it wasn’t open. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because of the terrible breakfast. Seemingly nothing was restocked and it was mostly empty at 8:30. ”
