Staff were great, smiley and friendly. Location really nice, right next to the beach, bars / restaurants only 5 minutes away. Lots of families there. My only feedback would be an 'adults only' pool would be a great addition. Good was excellent, we were half board and really enjoyed breakfast and evening meals.

Everything about this property was amazing! It is very nicely located close to nice and clean beaches and the wonderful little town of Vrsar. The hotel restaurant is exceptional! The variety of food especially fish and salads was oustanding. The best thing was the hotel staff that is always so kind, polite and smiling. They go out of their way to accommodate all wishes and make your stay very enjoyable. We had a terrific stay at Belvedere and would gladly recommend to everyone! Keep up the great work!

Hat alles gepasst. Waren schon das 4. Mal vor Ort. Was könnte man noch verbessern: - Im Restaurant fehlt irgendwie jemand, der den Überblick hat und mithilft, wo er benötigt wird. Getränkekellner kommen teilweise erst bei der Hauptspeise/ Nachspeise, Teilweise zu wenig Personal beim Abräumen. Teller stapeln sich... -Ballspielen im Pool mit Kleinkindern verboten. War bis dato nie ein Problem!!

Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Veldig dyre solsenger ved hotellet sin strand. Ble 60 Euro for vår familie på 4 hver dag. Det er for dårlig. De skylder på at det var privat selskap. Men betalingene gokk til hotellet. Var også flere hoteller som benyttet samme bassengområde, så vanskelig å få solseng om morgenen. Mange som reserverte sengene før frokost og som ikke kom før mye senere.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk og med en fantastisk udsigt. Værelserne er ok, men badeværelset får bundkarakter pga dårlig lugt af kloak som det ikke lykkedes personalet at få fjernet men vi var der. Den daglige rengøring på værelse og badeværelse var meget sporadisk. Der er for få parkeringspladser til alle gæster inde på selve resortet, så vi fik en p- plads udenfor resortet. Det var ok, men det ødelægger lidt helhedsindtrykket at der er proppet med biler overalt på veje og stier. Morgenmaden og udvalget i buffeten var rigtig godt og Lovor grill får topkarakter med hensyn til mad, drikke og personale

+ Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Es gab eine schöne Poollandschaft und man konnte auch gut ans Meer. Frühstück und Abendessen hat geschmeckt und die Auswahl war gut. Da findet jeder was. - Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein. Wir hatten 120 Stufen bis zu unserem Zimmer, (kein Aufzug) und das mehrmals am Tag. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr beschränkt, an der Rezeption bekam ich nach Reklamation eine Karte für einen beschrankten Parkplatz außerhalb des Resorts. Uns hat es sehr gut dort gefallen, zumal man Abends im nahe gelegenen Städtchen mit kleinem Hafen schön bummeln und eine gute Zeit verbringen konnte. Also, solange man halbwegs laufen kann ist diese Anlage wirklich eine Empfehlung wert

Nie mehr dieses Hotel. Man muss Bergsteiger sein. Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Unverschämte Preise beim Frühstück Buffet. Wir hatten viele Anmelden im Zimmer. Die Putzfrau war mit einem Spray kampfbereit. Zu viele Kinder im Pool. Sehr laut. Also keine Ruhe.

Das Maistra Select Belvedere Ressort bietet eine schöne und gut gepflegte Hotelanlage mit sauberen, modern eingerichteten Zimmern direkt am Strand in der Nähe des Ortes Vrsars. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig, zeitaktuell ausgestattet und verfügen alle über einen Balkon/eine Terasse in Meeresrichtung. Der Blick ist dabei teilweise durch Bäume oder andere Zimmer verdeckt, die direkte Gehdistanz zum Strand jedoch meist kurz. Die TV-Geräte bieten zahlreiche deutsche Sender. Die Klimaanlage war verhältnismäßig laut und konnte leider nicht eigenständig bedient werden, sondern lediglich auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption auf eine feste Temperatur eingestellt werden. Der Strand bietet einen vom offenen Meer geschützten Kiesstrand sowie gut gepflegte Rasenflächen mit kleinen Bäumen (gute Schattenspender) und planierte Stellen mit Einstiegsmöglichkeiten ins Meer über kleine Leitern. Vorhandene Liegen kosten pro Tag 10€ . Auch weitere strandüblichen Gerätschaften/Aktivitäten konnten (für teils sehr hohe Preise) erworben/geliehen werden. Die Poolanlage ist schön, gut gepflegt und gut für kleine Kinder geeignet. Hier waren zu jeder Zeit ausreichend kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Das Restaurant liegt direkt neben dem Poolbereich am Strand. Es ist geräumig und lediglich zu den Stoßzeiten etwas voll (Reisezeitraum Mitte Juni). Das Buffet bietet Abends eine große Auswahl und ist abwechslungsreich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich, nur etwas monotoner.

Appartements werden erst ab 1500 Uhr vergeben obwohl sie oft auch schon früher bezugsfertig wären. Dadurch kommt es ab 1500 Uhr oft zu unangenehm langen Wartezeiten da sehr viele Gäste zu diese Zeit ihre Unterkunft übernehmen möchten. Die Unterkünfte und Hotels die ich kenne vergeben die Zimmer bereits nachdem diese bezugsfertig sind, um unangenehme Wartezeiten für die Gäste zu vermeiden.

Grundsätzlich gute Lage mit Meerblick und kurzem Weg zum Ort Vrsar. Ausstattung Zimmer auch gut. Parken oftmals schwierig, da beengt und zu wenig Möglichkeiten >>> ABER: - SPEISESAAL (zu viele Tische, extrem beengt, enormer Geräuschpegel, keine hochwertige Ausstattung) - TERRASSE (wenig Schattenmöglichkeiten, beengt) - VERPFLEGUNG (Auswahl nicht so groß, aber gut) - POOL (Liegen alle morgens reserviert, total eng und größtenteils Betonfläche) - STRAND (Liegen nicht vom Hotel, 2 Liegen plus Schirm 34 EUR) - REINIGUNG (Bettwäsche + Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt, ansonsten sehr oberflächlich gesäubert, unterm Bett lag sehr viel Staub, Klimaanlage eingestaubt) - REZEPTION (anfangs nett/ höflich, bei Problemen - gerade die Chefin - nicht lösungsorientiert) - PUBLIKUM (sehr gemischt… von ordentlichen Leuten bis hin zu Leuten im Badeshort/ Achselshirt beim Abendessen. So noch nie erlebt im 4 * Hotel) SPINNENLÄUFER in der Nacht an den Wänden, daher frühzeitige Abreise von 2 Tagen! FAZIT: Für uns keine 4 Sterne wert… Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen !!!

Schöne Unterkunft, praktische Lage, freundliches Personal und großzügige Zimmer. Das Frühstuck ist vielseitig und lecker. Einziger Kritikpunkte: Die Akustik im Speisesaal ist extrem schlecht. Die Montage von Akustikpanele an der Decke und den Säulen wäre dringend nötig.

Tolle Lage, Pool und Essen. Leider stimmen alle Kritikpunkte die ich gelesen habe . Katastrophale Parksituation (viel zu eng) im Apartment kein Wasserkocher Geschirrspüler. Wenig funktionierende Rolltreppen. Für ältere Personen oder gehbeeinträchtigte Personen kaum geeignet (Terrassenbau der Anlage) Preise am Pool okay. Die Anti alkoholische Getränke jedoch deutlich überteuert (vor allem für Kinder, kleines Bier war sogar billiger) leider keine Getränke am Abend inkludiertwie zum Beispiel im Maistra Petalon. Der Saal beim Abendessen auch sehr laut aufgrund der Fliesenboden und der nicht zu öffnenden Fenster
