Vriendelijk personeel, ook de hond was welkom in hotel en restaurant Alles ziet er perfect uit en ook ontbijt is uitstekend Lawaai van de weg is er amper (slapen met raam open). Prima service in restaurant maar personeel is wel erg druk Ligging is rustig en toch op maar 5 min van snelweg We komen zeker terug!

Bel hôtel mais un peu décevant au regard du tarif

C'est un bel hôtel, avec une belle décoration mais le service n'est pas au top: 1 seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour 4 personnes, un canape lit pour mes grands enfants très bancal, inconfortable et surtout qui grince enormement, un sauna dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de jacuzzi sur la terrasse, pas de terrasse d'ailleurs, comme annoncé dans les infos sur la chambre, assez décevant en définitive... Très mauvais rapport qualité prix finalement

Lovely!

A lovely stay and would definitely return. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding. We were very tired and enquired about room service which was arranged for us without fuss and the food was delicious. Very good bathroom and shower facilities and the jacuzzi was delightful! Staff were very polite and helpful throughout.

I think this is a marvelous property. I have stayed here for the last 3 years. It is clean, updated, and the staff is so very kind and helpful. I have messaged w them in advance and they have been very responsive to my needs. I think the bedding is great, the room is spacious, and cozy. The hotel is slightly remote in terms of public transit but if you have a car, this is not a problem. The restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the selections are appealing. Make sure you make reservations in advance if you plan to eat there as it is not a large restaurant. I plan to go every year!

Hospedagem especial e maravilhosa na Borgonha

A localização do hotel é ótima, com fácil acesso a Beaune, a Dijon e a vários restaurantes que ficam nas vilas da região. O hotel é muito bem decorado, assim como o quarto, que apesar de ser bonito, tem uma configuração pouco funcional, como o vaso sanitário separado e longe da pia, além de muitos móveis com pouco espaço para circulação. O café da manhã é muito bom, com yogurte com muitos cereais e frutas secas para colocar, frios e queijos deliciosos, muitos tipos de pães doces e salgados, ovo quente e mexido, sucos, cafés preparados na hora, realmente muito bom. Apesar de ser um hotel Spa, achamos a área pequena e a academia muito aquém do necessário.

Tres bel hotel de grand confort. Bon restaurant (excellent rapport qualite/prix) avec un tres beau chariot de desserts. Chambre tres confortable et personnel aux petits soins. Excellente situation dans les plus beaux vignobles bourguignons. A recommander.

+ Lage perfekt für einen Spaziergang durch die Weinberge zum Clos de Vougeot, zur Legende Romanée Conti, an der Route de Grand Crus gelegen + schöne Zimmer mit perfekter Raumaufteilung + großartige Bereitstellung von Bettchen, Schüsseln und Extras für den Hund + sehr bequemes Bett und tolle Bettwaren + gute Schallisolierung zu anderen Räumen und Flur + sehr schönes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und separatem WC, was wir sehr praktisch fanden + total nette und hilfreiche Mitarbeitende/prima Service - Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht gänzlich gegeben, Fleck auf der Tagesüberdecke, schwarzer Fleck auf einem der Kopfkissen und ein großer, klebriger Fleck am Boden unter/neben dem einen Nachtisch - Duschkopf spritzte in alle Richtungen, mussten wir erstmal selber fixen, Klorollenhalter hing halb abwärts, so dass Klopapier immer wieder runterrutschte - Klimaanlage war in der ersten Nacht defekt, ging immer wieder aus, so dass wir 24.5 Grad C im Zimmer hatten -> wurde nach Reklamation sofort am nächsten Tag repariert - Keine/Kaum vegane Optionen beim Frühstück, kein Gemüse oder Salat, Milch mit der Beschriftung „végétale“ entpuppte sich als Kuhmilch - Keine Möglichkeit Kaffee mit einer Milchalternative zu bekommen (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato etc.), für Allergiker also eher schwierig. Filterkaffee schmeckte gruselig.

Idéal pour un weekend bourguignon !

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel pour découvrir les vignobles aux alentours. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Le restaurant est excellent, notamment leur brunch du dimanche :)

Great stay

Very good location for travel UK to final destination either France or Switzerland. We didn’t use the Spa will do one day. Dinner nice but not memorable. Trout and cream with horseradish was very pretty but had obviously been frozen and had that tasteless feel. Steak was very good nicely cooked and vegetables which you don’t often get in French restaurants.

beau sejour avec quelques petit aléas. spa revervé mais complet donc aucune assise. panne de chauffage dans la salle de restaurant ( dimanche soir),et ménage moyen dans la chambre pourtant cocon… ( toile araignée sous le canapé et lit)manque d eau dans le spa privatif par contre le personnel est au petit soin accueillant et gentil. le repas et petit déjeuner exceptionnel.
