Funcionários educados, atenciosos e disponíveis! Roupa de cama (lençóis) de qualidade e limpos, porém, os cobertores estavam muito usados e a roupa de banho é de baixíssima qualidade. A estrutura do hotel é ruim e os quartos são desconfortáveis. Por mais que a equipe proceda a limpeza diária, não será suficiente porque as estruturas parecem encardidas.

Já fiquei outras vezes aqui, mas infelizmente a cada dia parece que o local está sendo abandonado... Toalhas de banho e roupa de cama mau cuidados...muitas formigas no ambiente... cheiro fortíssimo de moto... enfim, local decadente...

Não tinha vaga no hotel que reservei, fui encaminhado para um anexo, comum quarto ruim, estilo hostel ( nada contra hostel), reclamei e me colocaram num quarto um pouco melhor, mas acabei dormindo no beliche pois o colchão era muito duro. Parece que o hotel está mudando seu público para empresas, por isso os beliches. Enfim, nada de grave, foi só uma noite.
