Quando chegamos pra fazer o check-in, a recepcionista nos mandou para um quarto que não condizia com as fotos do hotel. O chuveiro que não funcionava, o piso todo solto e fazendo barulho, as roupas de cama horríveis, etc. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, e o outro era melhor, porém o chuveiro continuava saindo pouca água, e não tinha toalhas de rosto, somente de banho. Pedimos pra limpar o quarto, nem sequer arrumaram. Resumidamente, me senti enganado pelas fotos, e quando vai reservar, não passam toda informação necessária, e isso causa surpresa na momento da estadia.

O hotel deixa a desejar no quesito conservação. Limpeza também é complicada. Apontei marcas de vômito na parede do banheiro e mesmo assim permaneceram lá. Tem que deixar aviso de limpeza na porta, e mesmo assim somente ocorre após as 14:00h (preferência para checkin é a justificativa). O café da manhã é razoável, não obstante o mau-humor do pessoal que presta o serviço.

O atendimento não é nada empático. Falta cordialidade dos recepcionistas. Tive que trocar de apartamento. O primeiro estava com o ar condicionado quebrado. O segundo, o ar estava comprometido também e o quarto cheirava mofo. O café da manhã é muito fraco. O ponto alto do hotel é a localização.
