“What a magical place! The staff was so helpful, ensuring we had everything we need due to the upcoming storm. They even texted us when the volcano was fountaining so we could rush to view it! The kids loved waking up to the sights and sounds of a rainforest. Beautiful location.”

“I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...
