The staff is extremely friendly, exceptional service, and the food is amazing! The bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The room is totally charming. We will absolutely be back.

The staff here is so welcoming and accommodating!! The room was so clean and the entire area is so quiet and quant. We were staying in a room above the dining room and had no issues with the noise level or anything from the guests enjoying dinner. Staff was all so kind, 10/10

We looovvved our stay at Volcano Union Inn. What a special, lovely place. Historic, quaint (but not overly so), beautifully restored. Excellent restaurant and pub. Absolutely delicious made to order breakfast. We will be back!

The Volcano Union Inn is a fantastic little bed and breakfast. The food at the restaurant is wonderful and the little historical town is a gem. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is because the pillows were not comfortable.

I loved everything about our visit. From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was first class. We especially loved the amazing 5 star breakfast that was lovingly prepared for us by Heather :) I can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful historic hotel!

The hotel is lovely. Dinner was great, sat on the balcony after dinner watching the stars. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The ambiance is lovely and I definitely plan to go back in spring. Save your online maps as cell reception is limited but the hotel WiFi is great.
