The hotel and room were excellent, however the Wi-Fi was very poor to non existent. The shower pressure was not very good, with the temperature constantly fluctuating when in use.

The rooms are much less than what you would expect to be at least reasonable. The carpeting seems to have dust smell, the bathrooms have a bad layout, the shower is over a slipperytub, the furniture is below standard for a decent hotel.

The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay.

Très bel hôtel au pied de l'autoroute, chambre grande confortable climatisée et même un balcon pour les chambres supérieure avec cuisine et salon. Restaurant très correct et personnel très agréable.

Pas de clim,on fait des travaux, c'est super mais pas maintenant. Même pas une compassion. Encore des baignoires casse gueule. Peut être un manque de rentrée d'argent. Je sais que je n'y remettrai pas les pieds .

La chambre etait propre sauf le sol qui n’etait pas aspiré . Personnel de l’hotel serviable. La clim et le mini bar ne fonctionnait pas pour finir ils ont fait les espaces verts a 7h du matin tondeuse rotofil etc … impossible de dormir je suis parti a 8h

Chambre grande avec une cuisine une plaque chauffante mais aucun ustensiles. À notre arrivée et toilettes sont sales, une bouteille vide traîne par terre. La chasse d’eau n’est pas tirée Impossible de monter le volume télévision. On entendait quasiment rien. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut au petit déjeuner pour se faire plaisir

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage für die Durchreise, wirkt jedoch insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, und die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht wirklich ausreichend gekühlt. Wir waren bereits einmal zuvor hier und wussten daher ungefähr, was uns erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Lediglich bei der Abreise ist ein kleiner Fehler passiert, der jedoch schnell und unkompliziert korrigiert wurde. Auch beim Thema Frühstück wurde zunächst etwas falsch verrechnet, obwohl wir keines gebucht hatten. Dies wurde aber ohne Diskussion und sehr höflich berichtigt. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit guter Lage und sehr gutem Service, jedoch mit etwas Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Ausstattung. Fazit: Wenn es Sommer ist oder sehr warm, würde ich eher ein Hotel mit einer zuverlässig funktionierenden Klimaanlage wählen.

Un hôtel tranquille proche du centre ville de Voiron. A proximité des axes routiers et autoroutiers. Grande chambre propre avec literie confortable + kitchenette. Seul bémol, la partie salée sans bacon ni saucisse au petit déjeuner. Le reste est bon. Parking sous surveillance. Personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique.

Hôtel qualitatif dans le cadre professionnel. Accès très rapide depuis l’autoroute. La restauration est d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est bien achalandé. Personnel agréable. Je recommande cet établissement !
