What a cracking idea... check in was so quick and easy, as was check out. Breakfast was good. Continental style. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when one could not work the coffee machine. Recommend all day long and will stay again

The property is located at a good location and there are sufficient amenities. Unfortunately, the WiFi doesn’t work well. The staffs are helpful and easily get towels if I want. The breakfast wasn’t properly served.

Good location for shops and trams. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the price was really good. Breakfast was nice just a shame the bar and lounge weren’t open in the evening to relax and unwind.

This place is pretty awful. The only good thing about this hotel is the free parking. After dealing with parking issues at other hotels on my trip, that is the primary reason I chose this hotel. The bad: - There is no staff on-site to help you. Check-in and front-desk is only a computer kiosk. This is not advertised on the booking listing. - The mattress was very uncomfortable. - Housekeeping tried to enter the room extremely early on the day of checkout. We had the do-not-disturb sign on the door. Then, they tried AGAIN about an hour later. Not only was this extremely alarming, the first attempt woke us up. They had no excuse and the person we finally spoke with at the customer service number did not care. The price was lower than other options, but even at that price should not have had the issues listed. Do not stay here! - Property condition was poor/run-down.

Everything was good. I know the hotel -as a location since 2009, and now it is a change for the better. Unfortunately I should mention one minus: the refrigerator, it is necessary especially in the summer, or if you stay for a few days. See you again!

I am a Turkish citizen, we came to Vienna. At the hotel, there is no front desk or reception; there is a smart screen at the entrance. We enter the reservation number and ID, and the room card is issued automatically. It was the first time I had seen this— the technology was really impressive. The room was very neat and very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.

Bildene er litt vel snille ift. realiteten der fasilitetene er gamle og renholdet tvilsomt. Rommet har ingenting av grunnleggende utstyr som vannkoker og glass. Frokosten var svært enkel. Mye bråk fra baren i første etasje om kveldene.

„Unabhängig von Hotelkategorie oder Sterneklassifizierung sollte jeder Gast ein sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer erwarten dürfen. Leider war dies hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Das Bett wirkte schmuddelig und verschmutzt, die Vorhänge waren nicht sauber und teilweise sogar zerrissen. Auch das Badezimmer machte einen ungepflegten und unsauberen Eindruck. Insgesamt hinterließ die Hygiene im gesamten Zimmer einen sehr bedenklichen Eindruck. So sollte ein Hotelzimmer keinesfalls an Gäste übergeben werden.“
