The hotel is positioned nicely at the beach. Rooms are run-down and not matching what you would expect for the room rates, especially the bathrooms - with dirty grout and moldy caulking, holes in the tiles from previously attached bathroom accessories. The AC kept turning itself off with error-codes. The Fletcher coupons attract a specific audience - and not in a good way - the same audience that you will find to an all-you-can-eat buffet. Noisy, screaming and shouting neighbours that kept us awake until 2:30 AM. Food at the restaurant was not great - the waiting staff (mostly east-European) was more interested in having a good time with each other than making sure the guests are taken care of. We will not go back here - or any other Fletcher hotel. Not recommended.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location, with beach access, excellent. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. And the service/hospitality is below average. Room cleaning was poor, and the check-out by the receptionist man was terrible. Very unfriendly, careless, and disrespectful. His service was the most shocking, and he was very proud of his behavior. He should be put through etiquette training.

Leuke kamer, mooie badkamer, balkon aan straatzijde, maar hoog genoeg (4e etage) voor toch een uitzicht over Vlissingen. Zeezijde was leuker geweest… eten (ontbijt) in een gezellig restaurant, prima! Genoeg te ontdekken in de omgeving, zou er rustig nog eens terug gaan

„Das Zimmer war sehr schön und besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass es rollstuhlgerecht war. Da ich mit einem Rollstuhlkind reise, war es für uns sehr wichtig, genügend Platz zu haben – das war hier definitiv gegeben. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Leider war das Frühstück eine große Enttäuschung. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Auswahl war nicht besonders reichhaltig und vieles war oft leer, sodass man ständig warten musste. Das hat den Gesamteindruck leider stark verschlechtert. Ich habe den Mangel auch an der Rezeption angesprochen, allerdings kam nur die Antwort, man würde es weitergeben. Eine richtige Reaktion oder Lösung seitens des Hotels blieb aus, was ich sehr schade finde. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass es hauptsächlich ums Bezahlen geht, nicht um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Wir waren übrigens nicht die Einzigen, die das so empfunden haben. Insgesamt also gemischte Eindrücke – mit Luft nach oben, besonders beim Frühstück und im Umgang mit Feedback.“
