Vacations Close To Vjetrenica

The place is obviously slightly run down but still was amazing. Awesome location literally steps from Times Square. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very good price. Highly recommend

The location was excellent, in a safe, vibrant area that made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The property was consistently clean, with well-kept common areas and a tidy exterior. The staff provided exceptional assistance and were always ready to address questions or concerns. Our room was meticulously maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, though there are areas for improvement, such as enhancing recreational facilities.

The Margaritaville staff at New York Times Square was exceptional, and the best experience I've ever had! The front desk, housekeepers, servers and host were absolutely amazing. They did such a wonderful job decorating the room for my son's birthday too. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

The hotel is not well maintained. I was only staying 4 nights and I ended up moving rooms e times. Items were not working or were broken in 3 out of the 4 rooms - the heat, the TV, the floor lamp, etc. The walls are paper thin. I had to move from 2 rooms because I was jolted awake in the wee hours of the morning -once from the TV next door and once from noises above me. In one room, when I stood in the bathroom, I could hear conversations from the room next door. This would have been a 1* review but I gave 1* for the excellent service provided by Jovan. The hotel did try to make up for all the problems but they good Will was pretty much wiped out by a conversation I had with Julio. He implied that I should be grateful because I had an upgraded room and suggested that maybe was just picky about the room. My response was that zi am platinum with Expedia so I am entitled to an upgraded room. The last thing I wanted to do with my precious time in the City was to pack up all of my things and move 3 times. I was just desperate to get a good night’s sleep!
