Surpreendente

A estadia nos surpreendeu muito positivamente. Hotel super aconchegante, familiar, café da manhã farto e variado. Piscina sensacional, e demais áreas de lazer. Quarto muito confortável, espaçoso e com varanda com rede. Colaboradores atenciosos. Valeu muito a pena. Pretendemos voltar.

Hotel maravilhoso, aconchegante, bem familiar, cafe maravilhoso tbm ,funcionarios super atenciosos ,educados ,Castelhanos é perfeito pra descanso ,amo demais esse pequeno pedaço do paraiso

A estadia foi tudo de bom. Só gostaria de salientar 3 pontos negativos: a tomada do banheiro está fora do padrao brasileiro. A cortina é menor q a janela e portanto, nao impede a entrada do sol logo pela manha. O assento do vaso sanitario nao permanece aberto, causando dificuldades para a utilizacao. Tb é menor q o vaso.

Hotel quase impecável. Conforto, limpeza, instalações, piscina... tudo muito bom. Café da manhã impecável tanto no início do serviço quanto no final com reposições constantes. Única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o travesseiro que era muito, muito baixo.

Boa hospedagem com um bom breakfast. Único inconveniente é a permissão de entrar sem camisa no Salao de refeições. No café da manhã tinha um hóspede sem camisa com suor caindo nos alimentos.

Hotel simples, localizado na melhor praia do ES. Apartamentos, sem luxo, oferecem o conforto necessário para se aproveitar uma estada tranquila. Limpeza muito boa e atendimento cordial. O hotel merece uma área de lazer melhor, especialmente, uma piscina maior.

Passeio em família

Bem localizado, na rua da praia cerca de 50m. Bares a noite ou o Ifood atende bem. Praia tranquila para crianças. O que não gostei foi que no primeiro dia por volta das 17h a Escelsa foi trocar um poste na rua e ficamos a noite toda sem energia. O hotel não dispõe de um sistema de emergência para falta de energia. Para quem estava com criança e sem tbm foi um dia perdido, pois não tem nada pra fazer a noite. A cama de casal desconfortável e o chuveiro não esquentava. Pontos positivos: café da manhã farto e com muitas opções; sinuca, espaço kids, piscina e wi fi funciona bem.
