As acomodações são muito boas. Só resta dar uma manutenção melhor nos frigobar, pois tinha uma camada de gelo muito densa. Também uma manutenção na ducha do chuveiro para ter água mais uniforme e melhor fixação do porta sabonetes do chuveiro.

Geralmente fico hospedado no Vitória Praia Hotel com frequência e geralmente a trabalho. Dessa vez conciliei o trabalho e o laser com a família e estou tempo uma experiência muito ruim. Onde preciso utilizar a cozinha, pois estou com uma bebê e nem mesmo o básico quando se trata de limpeza está sendo feito! Ontem sinalizei na recepção pela manhã (07/12), o retorno que tive que seria resolvido e nada aconteceu…. Hoje novamente (08/12), reclamei novamente na recepção pela manhã e tive a mesma decepção…. Quero deixar aqui registrado minha insatisfação, gostaria que chegasse ao dono ou até alguém que possui o senso de dono e se preocupa com a experiência do cliente.

Gostei do quarto, da cama, tv boa, banheiro bom… só o chão que achei um pouco sujo. Café da manhã é bom, porém me cobraram 4 reais em um ovo, pois disseram que o hóspede só tinha direito a um ovo feito na hora, cobraram o segundo.
