Ótima localização, calaçadão agradável, próximo a shopping e Triângulo das Bermudas. Quanto ao café da manhã, o espaço é muito restrito, mesas muito próximas tirando a privacidade dos usuários, ocasionando lotação e indisponibilidade de vagas. A garagem é outro ponto negativo.
