Infelizmente minha experiência no hotel não foi boa. Cheguei mais cedo e fui informado de que meu quarto ainda não estava disponível. Até aí tudo bem. Porém, me ofereceram um “quarto melhor” mediante o pagamento de R$ 250 a mais para entrar antes. Aceitei, mas ao chegar ao quarto, percebi que ele ficava no porão, o que foi bastante decepcionante. Outro ponto muito desagradável aconteceu no restaurante. Almocei, paguei a conta e saí para conhecer a área da piscina. Uma funcionária saiu correndo atrás de mim, de forma constrangedora, perguntando se eu estava indo embora sem pagar, sendo que o pagamento já havia sido feito. Além disso, o Wi-Fi do hotel é muito ruim e praticamente não funciona. Essas situações tornaram minha estadia desconfortável e abaixo do esperado.
