Dias de descanso em um lugar lindo!

Foi delicioso! Embora pegamos dias de chuva e friozinho o hotel é muito cofortável, uma vista linda logo quando a gente chega! Impressiona ver o mar envolvendo o hote,l a recepção tem um vista linda! A sala de jogos foi ótima pois estava fresquinho, pebolim e mesa de air hockey precisam de manutenção! A comida é deliciosa, risoto , lanches , mas o custo elevado, mas ok, tinha o conforto de estar no hotel, gastamos mais nos extras do que a hospedagem em si! Café da manhã delicioso, com tapiocas e omeletes feitos ao seu gosto! O hotel fica no alto meio q numa rocha sei la... então não tem acesso fácil a praia, é por uma escadaria,idosos e crianças e pequenas não descem fácil, mas fomos e a vista é linda... Academia ok, tem sauna e hidromassagem com um custo add,mas foi delicioso. Os pavões são um show a parte, área externa muito gostosa! Enfim , só faltou sol !

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar

Localização com vista extraordinária. Quarto bonito, bem decorado e com bom tamanho. Frigobar excelente. Áreas externas limpas em bem cuidadas. Atendentes educados e prestativos. Tem acesso para uma praia linda e o hotel leva guarda sol e toalhas aos hospedes sem cobrança adicional. Café da manhã ok. Porém, banheiro deixa a desejar, sem box, sem local para colocar o papel higiênico, quando usa o chuveiro molha tudo. O espaço do banheiro daria para melhorar muito e colocar até uma banheira se quisessem. Outro ponto negativo foi o acesso a jacuzzi ter cobrança adicional, se funciona por agendamento poderia incluso na diária, até pq o preço da diária é suficiente para esse custo. A comida servida no restaurante demora muito e não agradou. Tivemos problema com a moqueca que pedimos, mas no dia seguinte a situação foi resolvida. A piscina é muito boa, porém deveriam limpar melhor.

Estrutura incrível; atendimento e serviço ruins

Ficamos três dias neste hotel durante o Réveillon. A estrutura é maravilhosa: localizado em um pontal à beira-mar, com acesso privativo à praia, a vista é espetacular. A piscina, os jardins bem cuidados, a quadra de tênis e a sala de jogos proporcionam momentos agradáveis. O lobby e as áreas comuns são muito bem mantidos, reforçando a sofisticação do local. Os quartos foram reformados, os banheiros não — nada muito sofisticado. Porém, o atendimento foi uma grande decepção. Esperávamos um acolhimento caloroso, mas a equipe da recepção foi pouco cordial, e alguns atendentes chegaram a ser rudes. Para um hotel desse nível, a falta de hospitalidade impactou negativamente a experiência. Além disso, o serviço nos restaurantes ficou muito aquém. Os pratos demoram a chegar — pedimos uma muqueca que levou mais de uma hora e meia para ser servida — e a qualidade da comida também não corresponde ao padrão do hotel. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi uma boa surpresa: apesar de não ter muita variedade, os itens eram saborosos e bem preparados. Se o atendimento, a rapidez e a qualidade dos pratos fossem melhorados, o hotel poderia proporcionar uma experiência realmente inesquecível. Infelizmente, fica a sensação de que o serviço não acompanha a excelente estrutura.

Hotel está péssimo

Vou ao hotel a anos com o meu marido, sempre foi um hotel caro, mas com uma estrutura excelente, fazendo os hóspedes se sentirem em casa. Desta vez para a nossa surpresa parecia que o hotel estava falindo, foi a diária mais cara que já pagamos lá, sem contar que reservei por aqui e me cobraram a diferença e taxa também, alegando que o site hotéis.com passa um valor bem abaixo para eles, tudo começa aí, café da manhã? Não tinha nada para comer, isso era 9:20, eles alegaram que não repõe o café da manhã para evitar desperdício, cama? Dois colchões de solteiro, nunca dormi tão mal, meu marido e eu acordamos travados, reclamamos na recepção e eles falaram que é assim mesmo, que não tinha o que fazer, detalhe maior, estou grávida de 7 meses, quarto? Colocaram a gente em um quarto do lado do restaurante e sala de jogos, virado para a piscina, na minha opinião esse quarto tinha que ser depósito, é um barulho insuportável o tempo todo, uma confusão, de gente gritando, louça batendo, som tocando. Para finalizar a cereja do bolo, finalizamos a nossa estadia e ia terminar o dia no hotel como sempre fazíamos, mas não deixaram a gente ficar, falaram que estão mudando algumas coisas lá, ou seja, as dependências do hotel não podem ser utilizadas mais. Resumo da história: pagamos praticamente 1200,00 na diária para ser tratados assim, já fiquei em hotéis mil vezes melhores e mais baratos com uma estrutura enorme. Se continuarem assim estão de parabéns, vai falir.
