“Buena y tranquila”

“room was what we needed for a night to run the marathon”

“I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“Promised a queen bed, got a double, the sink was all rusty, the tub knob came off in our hand when pulled out for shower, and to turn the water temp, that knob was about to fall off… worst hotel yet but top price. Breakfast was t bad but standing room only to eat! Terrible. Never will go again!”

“We’ve stayed there before. Clean with wonderful staff. Discovered no shower curtain. Was informed housekeeping would bring one to the room. Did not arrive in timely fashion. Showered anyway trying not to get water all over the floor. Left hotel room at 6. Still no shower curtain. Arrived back to our room around 11 pm to find shower curtain had been brought into the room. It was useful for the morning.”

“The Briar Resort is very charming & quaint. It has a lot of history & character. We had an excellent salmon dinner our first night & daily breakfasts were good. It was disappointing that the pool & hot tub were not working. There were no spa services available. No communication in advance by the resort or Expedia was given about this.”

“Clean room and friendly staff.”

“My stay at Super 8 was good. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom needed more attention, especially the shower and sink. With a bit more care in these areas, the experience would be much better. 🌟”
