I really enjoyed my stay at Lakeside Manor. The place is clean and well kept, my room was spotless with a beautiful view of Lough Ramor, breakfasts were lovely, the restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient and offered great food, and the staff was endlessly courteous and kind. Highly recommend.

A surprisingly beautiful location considering it is right next to the N3, however I hardly noticed the traffic and so enjoyed the other side of the hotel which runs right down to the lakeside (as the name suggests) where you can sit out and sample the hotel's fine food and/or beer. An easy bike ride away is Lough Crew which is well worth a visit for the full 360* panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the megalithic pathway tombs on top of the hill. Hotel staff were all helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. From the front desk checking in to the restaurant/bar service to the room cleaning service. The food is unbelievable and everyone there was so helpful with any request you might have. They go above and beyond. The breakfast and dinners were amazing. And you always met with smile.

Check in front desk girl was very friendly. The photos are a bit deceiving as to what the property was truly like. None of the saunas were part of the hotel - not even an option. Our room faced the road not the water. Over priced for what we got.

Enjoyed our visit to the Lakeside Manor. Fine big room,lovely view and an extremely comfortable big bed! Lovely friendly staff. Food was excellent. A cosy,comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. Tea/coffee making facility.. Would have appreciated a bottle of water in the bedroom.

We were attending a wedding at Virginia Lodge so the hotel was close by. The staff were extremely friendly, the bed comfortable and the place very tidy. Great views over the lake. Excellent breakfast but would have liked fruit salad to be available as it was in other places guests stayed.
