Excellent housekeeping! Room is immaculate and so clean! The hotel is only 2 floors; no elevator. The hotel is on a busy road so they give complimentary earplugs! The noise wasn’t too bad!

Very nice, clean hotel. I have stayed here on many occasions while passing through on my way to Canada. There are train tracks behind the hotel and you do hear the trains passing through, however they do provide earplugs. They have a nice indoor pool and a bar located inside next to the lobby. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed & pillows. Comfortable towels. I was impressed. Just FYI, the railroad track is near to the hotel, however I was NOT bothered by any train noise. I slept fine. Also, the Staff was helpful and courteous.

Even thought it was a non-smoking room, it still smelled of stail smoke. Room face a railroad tracks. Trains would pass by multiple times during the night blowing their horn.

They had an upgrade. Hotel should do upgrade by floors and not check people into rooms on floors as it is a major upgrade with everything being torn apart. Horrible experience

Check in was supposed to start at 3 we got to the building around 330 ish and we didn't get in our room till close to 8 pm. We understand a lot of places are short staffed but this could have been handle differently.

We liked the staff when we could find them Good attitudes but missing from the front desk. The chili and soup were good in the evening. The room had a large, distracting black stain in the carpet, the window in 214 is totally clouded. I was surprised to find no elevator in the building but yet was placed on the 2nd floor while I am parked in the handicap zone. My older brother had difficulty with the stairs as did I with bad joints.

Notified pool and hot tub were closed day of reservation and said we could cancel or modify our bookings, didn’t have a choice cuz we traveled 2 hrs for a wedding, didn’t offer any discounts etc.. another thing that made me very uncomfortable was 2 men knocking on door at 10 at night and again a hr later but this time trying to get into the room. Upon calling front desk about it she just said it had to b a mistake and that’s all (2x’s an hr apart and more aggressive) so I pushed the chair in front of door and was paranoid all night, kept thinking I could hear things. But overall the hotel was good and convenient with 2 restaurants/bars in walking distance and a Walgreens. Breakfast was good as well.
