Nice spacious king suite that includes a mini kitchen living room/dining room. Relatively clean. Furniture is slightly dated, but clean and in good condition. Our shower faucet leaked significantly during a shower. But overall a nice comfortable place to stay for the price.

The gentleman at the front desk was rude, impolite, inconsiderate, and just being nasty for no reason at all. I do not recommend this property to anyone.. because the treatment was not professional at all. I would not be telling anyone about this place.

We have stayed at The Atrium Resort before. We did request a certain floor to be on but somewhere between making the reservation and arrival the request was not made. We did notify the front desk and it was rectified immediately. The staff was very accommodating.

Very nice hotel for the price. The suites are a nice size and have everything you need. The room was extremely clean. Front desk gave me some bandaids bc I cut my knee. I also dropped my wallet in the parking lot. Although my cash was stolen, I’m grateful someone turned it in to the front desk and they located me.

This is a great budget option for a family looking for a beach vacation since there is a kitchen in the suites and space for a family of four rather than a cramped hotel room. The building is kind of old and couches and carpet looked old, but the staff seemed to be working hard to keep things clean.

Property room pictures on Expedia do NOT reflect the majority of the rooms. Only floors 1 & 2 are renovated. Our room had dirty carpets and peeling paint and rusted areas around the bathtub which didn’t have a working drain plug (not that we would have took a bath there anyways) The only positive is the short walk to the beach

The location of the property and parking were great. About 5 minutes walk to the beach with 2 streets crossing. However, the property is very noisy, and it was not possible to sleep without the ear plugs. There are no balconies, and windows from the main room are not possible to open. Entrance to the unit is reminding motel, but from inside. You have windows from the living room that are facing inside of the building, that are actually unnecessary, and it would have been much better if it was just a wall since windows do not sound proof. We had to leave one night early due to the noise, doors were continuously slammed by the neighbors, and walls shook every time. Carpets by the walls and in the corners were dirty and need more vacuuming. The conditioner is very noisy and stops all the time making the room hot. It was convenient to have the kitchenette and utensils to be able to cook some of the meals, but some utensils were not in even numbers, or not enough to cover 3 people. Spatula was missing in our unit. Bathroom and towels were clean. Price that I paid was ok for staying 2 nights out of 3 paid for, however, I would never stay in this aparthotel again, even if another promo was offered.

I loved that the property was within walking distance to the beach and parking was free. I also loved that there was an electric charger for me to charge my car for free also. The staff is very friendly at the hotel and even when something is not correct they fix it immediately. Loved that there was a kitchen in my room. This made it affordable for my family.

I checked into a room that was supposed to be clean. It was visibly dirty very very dirty sheets were dirty. When I called Maintenance in there they were shaking their head. I couldn’t believe what they were saying on top of that. The TVs didn’t work the whole time I was there the TV kept blinking in and out and they said it’s not our fault. It’s a third-party‘s fault mind you I was there for a week didn’t have a television Bathroom around the toilet was pissed all around the bottom of the toilet.
