Really enjoyed my stay at the Seaview. Wasn’t perfect, but just good enough for a weekend getaway. Beach view from the balcony was unbeatable! King size bed was very clean and comfy. All employees were incredibly friendly. Only complaint would be that the parking isn’t ideal, very cramped, and the stairwells/elevator/hallways were a little dirty, nothing too bad. Room itself was nice and clean!

I'd like to start by saying that Jonathan at the desk was 10/10! He was very personable and willing to give *quality* recommendations on things to do and places to eat while we were visiting for a conference. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had with staff! We were a bit disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. There were some "landlord specials" quick fixes to things and a tile not secured in the entryway which we tripped over numerous times. It was also frustrating to find out that our room had previously allowed for smoking as it was not disclosed prior to reservation and still held some of the smoke.

The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about the hotel's upkeep. The hotel's cleanliness stood out, especially in the lobby where I spent a lot of time. I chuckled watching the same staff member meticulously clean the same spots multiple times . The pool was warm and inviting, a hit with the kids. Even the parking garage was spotless. The room was a pleasant surprise, equipped with everything I needed: toiletries, dishes, detergent, iron, and more. The only drawback was the stove's limited heat, but I managed with the microwave. Considering the building's age, the interior is a welcome surprise. Overall, I'm thrilled with my stay and look forward to returning. Thanks for a cozy winter escape
