For being right on the beach, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic with a late arrival and check-in. I was impressed with the number of parking spaces available at their location.

This property is definitely older and could use a little face lift but for the location and price it was great. It is dog friendly as well. Parking spots are a bit small and tight. This is not a luxury room by any means but I don't go to a beach to stay in a room.

When we first pulled up we both were a bit iffy about the appearance. However, once we got into our room and checked everything out we realized it really wasn’t as bad as we thought. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were honestly the greatest. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and kept up a decent conversation. It was the perfect location could see the Neptune statue and the pier from our room. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!

The owners just purchased this property 30 days ago. I believe there were some renovations going on while were there. The location was wonderful-right on the beach. The room was not. Paint was peeling from the ceiling over the bed. The couch and chair in the room were worn and dirty. The tub had been painted but was peeling. Outlet covers were broken. The light switch in the bathroom was covered with an outlet cover leaving wires exposed. Also, the bathroom had dirt build up in corners. The phone in our room was not functioning. These were not deluxe accommodations. They were not even nice. Our son recently moved here so we'll be frequent visitors to the area. We will have to try other options next time.

1. The carpet & bathroom wasn't cleaned well after the previous guest left so I notified the owner so he and his wife came to correct the problem to include the tv issue. 2. I found some dirty socks between the wall and the mattress during my inspection 3. The ocean view was perfect since I was on the 3rd floor without any obstructions 4. The owner & his wife were very pleasant to talk to & resolved some of the issues 5. The property is more of a motel instead of a hotel and is definitely outdated 6. The slamming of other guest doors all night was unpleasant and paper thin walls 7. The location is perfect since it's on the strip near plenty of shopping and restaurants

The front desk staff very friendly, the property is very old with very little or no up grades. The bath tub still had sand in it . No full size bath towel or hand wash cloth . The carpet was not vacuum and both the bed frames broken with metal pieces protruding out and my grand daughter got scratched from This peace. Thankful that we stayed out most of the day because the room was not suitable for relaxing in.

I have no complaints about this hotel. We booked last minute and checked in late but had no issues whatsoever. The room itself was clean and comfortable and we could walk out the patio door to the beach. I would stay here again.

The first floor rooms are easy access to a lawn for children or adults to sit and relax if you don't prefer the beach. The lawn is beside the boardwalk and views of the waves are fabulous. The access to restaurants was a plus, too! Short walks to anything!
