We really liked the location, we were steps from the oceanfront. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of choices for all. The valet service was a nice touch, well worth the $15/day as parking can be challenging this time of year. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Virginia Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was prompt and did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The ocean view from the hotel was beautiful and made our visit even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, clean accommodations, great amenities, and the stunning beachfront location made this a memorable stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Virginia Beach to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed on the 13th floor (penthouse). The balcony views of the beach were great. Watched the sunrise two mornings. The free breakfast buffet was great, we ate there every morning with eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, juice and coffee with Stevia (yay!). The boardwalk is just out the back door. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
