The room I stayed in was clean and I did not see any bugs. The room had a small coffee pot, ironing board/iron. The hairdryer was broken, but was no big deal since I had my own with me. I requested a non smoking room and my room did not smell like smoke. The facility should maintain the air conditioners as the filters were quite dirty. Most staff seemed friendly. Only 1 instance where I reported the milk was sour at breakfast, and the attendant just shrugged his shoulders and never replaced it. Breakfast was coffee/tea, 2 choices of dry cereal, oatmeal, bananas/apples, yogurt & toast. The pool area was very nice. I read many negative comments about this location and just wanted people to know it wasn’t as bad as I read. Seems to be an older facility, but was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. The room could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, and the paint was peeling off the door. We found a roach as well. Seems to need some updating and more thorough cleaning.

The room was in disarray, there were damaged receptacles, the toilet was dirty, the tub drain was disgusting, the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and smelled unclean, the carpet was dirty and dated. The staff was excellent though!

I booked a room at this place. For one I did not feel safe. I then decided to walk in and see if I can see the room before going in. The hotel staff was extremely rude. While he ate his McDonalds he seemed like I was interrupting his life. As if I wasn’t a hotel guest. I go to the room. The toilet had stains as if it were never cleaned. There was literally stains on the bed sheets. It smelt disgusting as if someone just left smoking. I asked for a refund. Being a single mom with two kids and the hotel staff stated I would have to go to the third party to get it. When 3rd party called he was rude and hung up on them. I paid to sleep at another place. I did not feel safe. Room was disgusting.

I'm not a hotel snob and have stayed in places worse than this and much much better than this. They had cereal, yogurt and toast (no peanut butter), coffee and tea for breakfast, and not well stocked either. The room was ok. I guess at my age, I get grossed out with carpet on the floor and peeking at the mattress, it was dirty around the edges. The shower was great a couple time and lukewarm other times. There were a lot of television channels to choose from, but no sleep timer on the remote. You have to pay $5 for a key deposit, which they return when you return the key. The AC was great. Despite the mattresses color, the bed was very comfortable. The price was great and for a place to sleep it was fine.

The person who checked us in didn't acknowledge us then he never made eye contact with us, and he was very fast with no explanation of thing. The room had cigarette burns on the sheets, the door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it, the lighting in the bathroom was very low, there was bugs in the ceiling corners, a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door. We literally just slept in our clothes on top of the bed. Parking was good and well lit. The exterior was clean. The person who checked us out in the morning was very nice.

Staff aren’t friendly. Bathroom & vanity area floors were dirty, unswept or mopped. Problem with drains not draining. Tub filled with water while taking a shower & toilet didn’t flush properly. The King bed was clean, nice sheets & pillows, very comfortable. One night stay and sleep was needed so I got what I paid for.

The rooms bathroom had piss in the toilet and lord knows whatever else. I walked into the room and it smelled like sewer. There was piss on the floor. I tempted to take a picture and complain. At that point, I went out and got my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The staff had unpleasant attitude as soon as walking up to them you can tell they didn’t seem willing to help or wanted to do their job. First was a male and then the next day was a female. I requested to extend my stay it was difficult to get another couple hours to stay till 2pm as stated on a signe in the lobby. Over all I didn’t let affect my visit and my baby enjoyed the pool at the most. The breakfast wasn’t anything there but bananas you hurt and bread! That was the worst advertisement for breakfast I’ve ever seen!! I don’t intend to stay there again.
