Staff was friendly and helpful; however it was obvious that maintenance was a work in progress. Clientele was often less considerate than expected of the Wyndham name.

For the most part, my stay was comfortable. My recommendations to the hotel manager: 1) hire someone who can help lift bags to the second floor since there’s no elevator; 2) invest in toilets that are not so low down to the ground. Some of us are tall. 3) maybe offer room service from the restaurant. 4) the water pressure in my shower was not good. 5) I was disappointed that the sauna wasn’t working the entire week that I was there.

If you want to avoid a bad experience, don’t stay there. It’s dirty and filthy. Badly in need of renovations.

Front sleeks kept saying they didn’t work there normally and weren’t helpful.

The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The AC in the main entrance was not working for 5 of the 6 days we were there, which was not an issue personally, but is an indication of the maintenance of the facility. Lastly, the toilet seat was so loose it was unusable. I tightened it myself and did not ask for maintenance. Won't stay there again.
