The RIV at Zion is unlike any resort and cabin hybrid we’ve ever stayed at. It never feels crowded, and the pool and hot tub overlook the canyons with a perfect view. At night, the stars are so clear you can see the Milky Way. The units are beautifully organized and genuinely luxurious. Ever since staying here, every other vacation spot gets compared to The RIV. That alone should tell you how special it is. Don’t miss out.

This cute, modern tiny home was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed some downtime and even cooked a simple breakfast. My child loved the loft and spent a lot of time up there, awake and asleep. She was actually upset that we hadn’t booked more nights here. The master bedroom had a nice bed and bedding. The bathroom was a little tight due to the small countertop but everything worked perfectly. And it was so convenient to have a Tesla charger right there by our parking spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to Zion National Park with beautiful views all around. The room was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful, which made it easy for us to relax after a long day. One thing we especially appreciated was the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. We also loved the calm and quiet atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

The Riv was wonderful! We enjoyed these small mini homes and it was exactly what we needed with all the luxuries and comforts one would want in the desert. We were able to cook, and the view from our patio was beautiful! Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
