Amazing property with the best location in town and a truly great restaurant. The staff was super kind and they offered an upgrade. The spa is great and you really are at the center of Vipiteno. We asked for a fan given the extraordinary hot weather and the stag went above and beyond to help us. This will be the place for our future staying in Vipiteno.

Perfect; friendly staff, excellent quality rooms, wonderful breakfast, secure parking with reasonable electricity charges. Beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly wish for is available. Fabulous mountain view from our balcony. Also a lovely town centre to explore and enjoy.

A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options. We really enjoyed this stay!

This was my third time to this region. This property is well managed by professionals that know the hospitality business. On property you have fine dining, award winning wines and probably the best pizza you will ever eat. Id like to thank Thomas and Sofia for the warm welcome and professionalism. Id like to thank Sebastian, Hanna, Stephanie for their accommodating kindness and willingness to explain food and wine from the region. This property is a slam dunk. The people of Vipetino make this destination very special. I will definitely return.

We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness area is also pleasant and so is the gym, small but caters to all needs. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable rooms in very old building. Spa amenities , I mean sauna and steam room , included in the reservation, and they are excellent, very clean . Location is on the central piazza. Breakfas was excellent. I was very satisfied with service. Parking was not included, but city has free parking lots overnight till 7 AM. I belive hotel offers paid parking on site for about 20 Euro, but we diidn't need it.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Adler in Sterzing. Besonders gefreut hat uns das Upgrade auf ein großzügiges Split-Studio mit Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich – für unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt war das perfekt. Das moderne Design des Hotels ist wunderschön, und sowohl Fitness- als auch Wellnessbereich mit Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch das Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und einer guten Auswahl hat überzeugt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter!
