“Excelente lugar, excelente limpieza y excelente personal”

“clean, spotless, great views”

“Swimming closed at 7pm? Thats unacceptable for a resort hotel. It's was beautiful but we couldn't sit in pool , was kicked out by staff multiple times. Super lame . Buffet was the best on this trip but drinks was terrible and extremely limited Room was old and ugly but great size. Bathroom and showers was big Just old looking bedroom. Food was really good and great variety and selection . Beach was so beautiful but since we weee so upset about the pool situation, not coming back ever again .”

“Big room with beautiful ocean view”

“Smazing”

“Breakfast was awesome”

“Excelente ubicación, tiene un mall adentro, está caminando de los Mejores lugares, el mejor bufet de desayuno de todo Vietnam, personal amable, todo limpio, habitación amplia, nos hicieron up grade sin pedirlo, el ac funcionaba super bien.”

“Location and price and amenities are good. A but run down in some parts of the hotel. Staffs sre friendly.”

“Room and overall ok, not fantastic. Some staff very welcoming and nice whilst others not attentive or polite at all, with varying English. Not bad, just not great. Gym quite lackluster, but at least a barbell and 6x5kg plates.”

“Got an upgrade for kids to have attached room , booked room with ocean view and did not disappoint at all. Staff was very helpful and Yen at reception looked after very well too. Will visit again in future”

“Very good, staff working fast and very attentive if I have problems. I would definitely stay here again 100% I kind of wish I found this hotel earlier, so that I can spend my entire week here! A classic 4 star hotel, although I found some Russian hair-balls here and there. Breakfast so good, do not go out for brunch, just eat breakfast here.”

“EVホールゴミ箱のゴミが滞在中そのまま放置してあった。 朝スタッフに挨拶しても返ってこない。”
