“This hotel was as described. Nothing more. It’s an older property with some plumbing issues, older facilities, basic pool, and not a lot around it. But it doesn’t claim these things either. We’ll stay over the river next time.”

“Very comfortable hotel, staff is friendly and helpful around the clock, and the hotel is in a great area of town, very central to everything. Also has a great restaurant with a huge multi-international and local selection of cuisine. Wonderful hotel with excellent service all the way through, would be very happy to return here.”

“This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in.”

“The location was good. Communication was very difficult. Expedia indicated they have Laundry service but they do not.”

“The only thing good is the location. The hotel changed his name to Bella Vista, we paid $62 per night but in reality it wasn’t even worth $10. Pretty much everything in the hotel was either broken or dirty, the elevator only had a button to go up, but once when you arrived at your floor you had to use the stairs to go down 😳”

“Great location”

“Really nice place, clean, good location... perfect to stay two days in hue! ”

“The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading.”
