Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse som familj med två små barn. Hotellet var mycket barnvänligt, personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig, och rummet var både rent och bekvämt. Perfekt läge och allt fungerade smidigt under hela vistelsen. Vi är supernöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Worth to recomend

Just 2 days for a short visit to Småland NE. The hotell was OK, But the buffé on Sunday night was not worth the money. Chargin my car was easy. The location very good.

Trevligt hotell för en natt i Vimmerby

Trevligt hotell för en natt i Vimmerby! Bra familjerum med en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa (som personalen redan bäddat vid ankomst!). Restaurangen var barnvänlig med barnbuffe, samt att det fanns leksaker och kritor att tillgå. Nära rolig lekplats för barnen.

More dust bunnies and snorkles then service

Well, there's a first for everything, and this marks my inaugural negative hotel review. With just a few squares of toilet paper left and one towel MIA, the abundance of dust bunnies on the floor and snorkels adorning the walls really tied together the 'charm' of the place. On the bright side, breakfast offered a decent spread, although the flies seemed to think the ham and cheese were the main attraction. As for the reception service, they weren't outright rude, but 'friendly' wasn't in their vocabulary that day.

Achtung, hier werden 4-Sterne suggeriert mit einem entsprechenden Preis und sehr gut getroffenen Fotos. Das sind maximal 2-Sterne! Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, erinnert an ein klassisches Motel wie man sie in USA oder Australien kennt - da geht man aber auch mit einer anderen Erwartungshaltung hin. Keine Ahnung wie das überhaupt 4 Sterne bekommen konnte oder ob sie sich dei 4 Sterne selber gegeben haben. Das Frühstück war ok, das Abendbuffet eine Zumutung. Pommes, Nudelsalat und völlig trockene Fleischstücke. Bei 250EUR pro Nacht fühlt sich das nach Abzocke an. Den Pool den man auf den Bildern sieht gehört zu einem Nachbargrundstück und war geschlossen, nachdem ab Mitte August die Urlaubssaison beendet ist. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat übrigens auch die Pipi Langstrumpf Welt nur noch am Wochenende geöffnet.
