Great location, friendly and helpful staff ,excellent breakfast and nice rooms. The only thing that needs more attention is few maintenance issues in the bathroom and refreshing the carpet.

Excellent location was the reason we booked and that did not disappoint. The rooms we stayed in ( an apartment- double bed 1 side and a bed settee the other) could do with a refurb but was pefectly adequate and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mabre Reaidence. From our initial check in with David, who was extremely helpful and friendly, to our checkout the staff were all wonderful, the hotel was clean and offered great amenities. The spa pool was great way to relax with our daughter after lots of sight seeing. Close to old town and restaurants and all the sights.

The location is excellent, I could walk everywhere I needed or wanted to go. The courtyard is beautiful too. My room was small and very bare bones, the main positive was the bed- comfortable and the bedding was clean and very pleasant. The bathroom could use some very easy improvement- I found the lack of any place to hang or put a change of clothing quite uncomfortable, even a simple extra hook on the wall would help and also it was definitely time to get a new non-slip mat in the shower, those are not expensive at all and it was kind of gross for this level of a hotel. I hope that helps. Was a pleasant stay overall.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A short walk to most sights in the old town. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely garden with seating. The pool was very small but we enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Exterior was gorgeous, and a good location. Interior was.... extremely dated. The rooms were quite old and did not feel at all what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The provided toiletries were basically nill, and the in bathroom shampoo / body wash / conditioner felt cheap. Again, i'd expect more from a 4 star. One of the primary reasons I picked the hotel was the spa. Well its an additional charge and has really odd hours so its not really useful. I ended up just going to a nicer spa nearby for a similar price.

Historic and beautiful old hotel right in the old town, great location! Easy onsite parking for a small fee. Large and comfortable room with older styling of furnishings but really comfy beds, nice bathroom, in room fridge, free bottled water and kettle. Recommended.

Great location, very nice staff, and a spacious suite in a beautiful Old Town area. We especially appreciated how kindly they handled our luggage after checkout. My only suggestion is for the restaurant staff to be a bit more attentive and warm. When I asked in Lithuanian about breakfast around 11:00, they understood me and simply said it was no longer available, ending the conversation there. A friendlier approach; like offering alternatives, suggesting where to find breakfast, or guiding me to reception, would have made the experience much better.
