The thoughtful design was the highlight—from our beautiful room and creative spaces to the hotel’s own café, everything was stylish and unique. Checking in was great . One room was available and the other we needed to wait for a bit but it was ok. Everything was ok about the hotel. But the reputation of it being a 4/5 star hotel was nothing special. The robes in the rooms felt well used- the belt loops were ripped and the material just felt it was washed too many times. I pulled my slippers out and one was bleached white and the other was yellow. So not sure if those are reused and washed or if new ones are provided every time. Asked about Transportation to the airport and did not get back to me about the cost. They had to call for quotes. There was nothing that made you feel special that you were staying at a higher end hotel.

The Pacai Hotel in Vilnius was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and the location in the heart of the Old Town is spectacular. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner.
