Nice historic hotel :-)

Friendly service, good location. Good menu for breakfast and a nice buffet. I can recommend dinner there, at fairly high prices but worth it.

Great modern hotel located in a beautiful old building. Friendly staff, clean, fantastic breakfast and perfect location in the heart of the old town. Only thing I missed was a pool in the spa area.

I am over the moon!

I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning beauty of this hotel and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I cannot recommend Their SPA enough - the treatments are truly incredible. The gym may have been a tad small, but it had all the necessary equipment. My experience at their restaurant, which has been recognized by the Michelin guide, was absolutely fantastic. I am over the moon!

Exceptional stay, but with some family limitations

We had a fantastic stay at Pacai Hotel—the service was exceptional, the design beautifully blended historic charm with modern elegance, and the overall quality was excellent. However, we were disappointed to learn that we couldn’t have a drink at the bar or dine at the restaurant in the evening because we had our baby with us. While we understand certain policies, clearer communication in advance or alternative options would have been appreciated. Despite this, we highly recommend Pacai Hotel for its outstanding service and quality, though families with young children should be aware of these restrictions.
