The lack of reception/ staff at the hotel made the experience v clinical. They did not release the code to enter until 3pm and had not let us know this- having previously said we would get an email 24 hours before so I tried chasing it to ensure I had correctly booked the rooms. Breaksat was cosy with the cooked breakfast cooked to order- v pleasant

Warning: check-in is automated and there is no front desk / reception. This was only made apparent after booking. I was unable to cancel without penalty. The hotel starts sending you slightly unfriendly messages and suspicious links, to add your financial details. It all worked ok in the end, but was unpleasant and a little bit stressful before even arriving. Kaunas is a lovely city, I've been many times. This is the only hotel I've stayed at that requires your card to be blocked out (a bit like booking a hire car). The room was ok, although extrememly hot. Breakfast was good though and the staff in the restaurant area were helpful and friendly.

The reviews of this hotel is to low! It's a simple, clean, quiet and cozy hotel. The breakfast is good. Rooms are good, some even has bathtubs. Self checkin. Handicapped accessible. Fully stocked minibar in the rooms, a bit pricy maybe, but still... The location is brilliant, walking distans to everything.

Good location close to the high street. Loads of shopping and sightseeing. Close to the river and the castle. Room was tidy, carpets a bit outdated, could be lighter in the corridors. Early check-in was really helpful, so no complaints. Very good location and plenty different cuisine restaurants around

The remote check-in was easier than I expected. The parking was free if you can get a spot and just stay there for the duration of your stay. Kaunas is a beautiful city! And this property was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, churches and museums. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable! We would stay here again.

No signs of life

No other humans. Automatic check-in with code. Automatic check out. No sign of other guests. No hotel staff. Lovely suite with all the luxuries. Perfect stay but a bit strange to see no one

Nice and quiet, central location,no reception, self check in and self checkout, intercom system instead of front desk. No elevator can be a problem if you have to drag your luggage upstairs. Other than that not bad at all Interesting experience overall

Not visiting this place again :(

Old hotel with no elevator and no reception. Need an upgrade. The price does absolutely not match what you get, not value for money ☹️ The cleaning girls were very kind and helpful though.

Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and had everything that one would need. And the best amenity is the free e-scooters that they provide - an amazing way to explore the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone (the only downside is that there aren't any lifts in the property)

Very bad check-in procedure. I had requested the room on a lower floor, the property did respond to my request and when I reached the property I had to contact them rather then they send me an email with check-in procedure. I think they want city-tax before check-in.

The check in was complicated. No one was there right away, there were tons of emails in Expedia. With limited internet capabilities it was a complicated process. The fee being paid at check in with no one there right away was complicated as it kept rejecting my credit card (which was working). Someone showed up eventually and was helpful, but we didnt know if our room was ready or what to do in the mean time. One of the people in our party had no AC and it was over 90 degrees. No hot water in the whole building and no one informed us. We learned through word of mouth. Was the place inexpensive? yes. Was it clean? yes. Were the property owners polite? yes. But the other things happened too. So weigh what is important to you when you book.
