Classic Welcoming Hotel

Les Cygnes is a wonderful family hotel. Classically styled, but well-appointed with a huge, comfortable bed and a quartet of very luxurious pillows and a generously sized room. Staff are lovely, and the whole hotel is about 7 or 8 minutes drive from the Swiss border crossing and very convenient for Neuchatel. Lovely views out over the nearby lake and Villers-le-Lac and very tranquil too.

En randonnée sur la GTJ, j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce bel établissement très bien tenu. Et quelle magnifique vue sur le Doubs de ma chambre où même du restaurant. Par ailleurs, le repas du soir fut un délice. Également un excellent petit déjeuner. Merci pour l'accueil.

Bonjour , ancien routier j'adore me promené en voiture ,je viens d'Alsace mon épouse et moi avons décidé de nous rendre a Morteau , Villers le lac est a 8 Km de Morteau et comme le cadre nous plaisais nous avons réservé une nuit ,a l'hôtel les Cygnes a ne surtout pas regretté ,,accueil magnifique service nickel et repas on a envie de tout gouté quand on voie la carte le patron fait une cuisine merveilleuse viande poisson cuisses de grenouilles et même de la quiche lorraine magnifique j'allais oublié le petit déjeuné il y a tout ce qu'il faut . Alors bravo au patron ,patronne, serveuse et serveur magnifique s'est vraiment un beau travaille d'équipe un bonjour a la petite fille qui a pris l'apéro a coté de nous. Bravo. Dès que je retourne cherché quelques saucisse a Morteau je ne manquerais pas moi et mon épouse d'y repassé au moins une nuit et de gouté a leurs bon plats Salutations Danielle et Didier S.

Das im Erdgeschoß liegende Behindertenzimmwr hatte ein feuchtes znd mufflig riechendes Badezimmer, dessen Wände durchgeweicht und dessen Ablüfter seine Funktion nicht erfüllen konnte. Das Wasser nach dem Duschen verteilte sich im ganzen Bad, da das Gefälle nicht stimmte. Der zur Reinigung vorgesehene Schrubber war voller Schimmelpilze. Der Kasten über dem Fenster war voller Spinnen, so dass wir das Fenster nachts nicht öffnen konnten. Auch die Bettwäsche war leicht feucht. Das Frühstück war für 9 CH Franken sehr gut mit Obst, schmackhaftem Käse, Wurst und gutem Kaffee. Ein- und Auschecken klappte schnell und unkompliziert.

Très chouette établissement propre, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques le restaurant sur place propose un grand choix de spécialité régionale, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrai plus après un road en moto!

Un havre de paix

Un séjour merveilleux au calme avec le lac aux eaux reposantes, pas de bruit , un personnel au petits soins, un petit déjeuner avec vue sur le lac, accuelli par un monsieur charmant la chambre spacieuse etait très propre, pas d odeurs suspectes, une atmosphère parfumée, une salle de bain grandiose ...bref un etablissement où nous reviendrons pour aller au saut du Doubs ou bien au lac de Neuchatel (la suisse a 2km)
