Comfortable stay.

An overnight stopover returning to Uk from Spain. Interior decor was great and very spacious room and dining area. More staff needed for a large space as service. I had no hairdryer in my room. Food was ok, breakfast was good.

Standard pour un 4 étoiles, avec un agencement recherché de la chambre mais pas de petit frigo. Petite salle de bain très fonctionnelle et WC séparé. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien fourni et personnel au top de l’accueil au départ. Parfait pour une courte étape.

Loin du 4 étoiles.

Probablement la mauvaise chambre… côté rue, extrêmement bruyant. Et au dessus d un néon avec des rideaux qui ont de mal au occulter… Donc entre le bruit et la lumière c etait loin d une nuit 4* que l on attend au Mercure. Nous passons sur le fait que le bac de douche cassé ne donne pas un très bon aspect et que J ai réglé la chambre alors que j avais déjà fait un paiement en ligne… ( il m ont remboursé lorsque je m en suis aperçue…)

le diner nous a été signalé supprimé à notre arrivée. Vous auriez du le signaler avant et nous proposer des solutions alternatives. Le petit déjeuner a été un désastre. Laissez une stagiaire seule est irresponsable. Vous nous auriez informé qu'il y avait un problème ne nous aurait satisfait. Nous aurions compris. L'ignorance est la pire des choses. Ne prenez pas exemple sur la SNCF.

Lyxigt rum. Stor fina sängar. Restaurangen som är så ombonat och mysigt inrett hade dock ett mycket begränsat urval av matreätter. Dessutom dyrt. Tog hamburgare och den var mycket god men som sagt dyr.

Hôtel très confortable, personnel accueillant et agréable, petit déjeuner varié (avec du thé en vrac, chose rare) et de très bons oeufs brouillés (attention à veiller à la température, parfois ils ont été froids). A recommander.
