Staff was extremely helpful when I needed it

During my stay I unfortunately needed medical attention. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They took all my worries away as far as they could and were kind and caring all the way. Excellent service when I needed it most!

Excellent accueil par Eliane! Cadre très accueillant avec un magnifique parc pour une balade au calme quand le soleil se couche! Accès au Rhône depuis le parc pour aller courir, chambre très propre avec frigo et micro-onde! Repas copieux et variés, parking gratuit de bonne taille! Tout ceci à un prix très très raisonnable! Merci pour ces quelques soirées au calme durant une semaine de travail bien chargée ! À bientôt :)

Chambre propre a l'arrivée mais la salle de bain pas faite le lendemain (poubelle pas vidé WC pas nettoyé) trois taches sur la couette (je ne pense pas les avoir faite dans la nuit) une grande TV sera un plus personnel très sympathique, parc très joli le micro onde et le petit frigo très pratique. il y a un ventilateur mais mais pour l'été une clim serait sans doute nécessaire cdt

La personne est super accueillante et nous a aidés bien au-delà de ce qui est habituel. Très attentive, avec une ambiance vraiment cool. Même s’il y a eu des imprévus sur l’équipement, grâce au personnel, nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr als die Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel liegt mit in einem Park wo das Schloss ähnliche Gebäude zu sehen ist. Dieses beinhaltet zwei große Locations für Hochzeiten und Feiern. Das Hotel ist einfach die Betten waren sauber das Mobiliar und der Fußboden sonst leider sehr staubig. Die Zimmer sind neu mit einfachen Mitteln eingerichtet. Das Badzimmer war besser und auch nicht staubig nur das der Toilettendeckel einem in der Rücken viel wenn man die Toilette benutzte. Frühstück war typisch Französisch Automatenkaffee, Schokocroissant, Croissant, Baguette, Käse Marmelade Kuchen. Für eine Nacht OK.
