No fue para nada lo que esperábamos

La verdad es que nos ha decepcionado bastante. Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción, nos atendió una persona del restaurante. Habiamos pedido una cama doble y nos dieron dos camas. Lo peor de todo el estado de los colchones, se te clavaban los muelles totalmente. Además, se habían olvidado de poner la sabana de arriba de una de las camas. El unico punto positivo, la limpieza y la calefacción.

Llegamos dentro del horario de recepción y no sólo no había nadie sino que se nos cerró la puerta y nos quedamos MEDIA HORA encerrados en la recepción . Tienen un teléfono al que llamamos y tardaron en venir media hora que estuvimos esperando ENCERRADOS. Dudo de si esto es legal. Por lo demás el hotel es acorde al precio, aunque para estar en un pueblo había mucho ruido en la calle y la cama bastante poco confortable.

Personal genial, un abrazo a Henry, la limpieza muy bien, habitación con bañera y agua caliente inmediata, espaciosa y limpia, con gel, champú y jabón y calefacción que se agradecía en el día tan frío que nos hizo. Las camas muy cómodas . Lo peor es que es muy ruidosa, nos tocaron al lado unas personas haciendo cosas que gracias que no había niños, se oía todo, y al estar a pie de carretera es inevitable escuchar coches, si tienes sueño ligero no vas a descansar del todo bien.

Sencillo y correcto

La habitación es antigua pero esta todo correcto y limpio. La almohada es muy grande para nosotros. Pero eso va a gustos. La puerta del baño de la 206 no había manera de cerrarla. Pero seguro que al leer esto ya lo estarán arreglando.

Hotel nefasto

Mucho frío sólo ponían la calefacción por la noche y en Cuenca hay temperaturas bajo cero en invierno, estaba helado cuando llegamos y los días posteriores y mal trato ya que se pidió un calefactor y se nos dijo que teniamos que pagar más por la estancia, también se le propuso devolvernos el dinero para iros a otro hotel ya que teniamos reserva de 7 noches y nos quejamos la primera y el dueño no accedió a ello
