Good location near Rittenhouse Square and city hall metro. Doorman, valet, bellhop, and front desk staff were attentive and professional. Bar area is convenient for relaxing and waiting. Rooms large and clean. Would stay here again.

My son and I had a great time while at the too many games expo It was nice after a long day to come back to the hotel that was clean AC working shower with incredible water pressure- we didn’t get to use the pool. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave so that I could heat up the milk in my coffee, but otherwise everything we needed was there, including a mini fridge I needed more coffee and downstairs they gave me enough for the weekend The staff was very helpful Will definitely come back when visiting Philadelphia -Tanya

My stay was awesome overall. Great rooms,amenities and great staff. My only issue was that my room was directly opposite to the housekeepers general room and it was noisy in the morning while they got the stuff they needed for their job. It made it hard to get the extra sleep/ relaxation needed in the morning.

Fantastic location for touring all the historic sights! We walked everywhere and the area is safe and beautiful. Our king room was sufficient with a nice bathroom. Elevators were quick. Front desk staff great! Some one off things like garbage that hung around hallways too long. Front door valet staff is pretty disinterested and on their phones most time.

The linoleum fake wood floor was buckling in a few places. Place is ok, inexpensive enough yet doable for a good neighborhood.

This hotel is definitely 5 stars. Well worth the price that you pay. The location is amazing. The two restaurants are awesome. The pool is definitely a gem. The view from upstairs on the pool area is beautiful. I felt good watching my kids and wife have fun at this establishment. We stayed on Father’s Day weekend. I’d definitely stay again. I loved it.
