La cama estaba muy bajita, ademas las sillas no queda con la estetica de la habitacion. Me atendio un señor moreno, se molesto porque saque mi maleta 5 minutos antes de las 12:00 p.m, sinceramente no se porque si mi salida era a esa hora, es algo chocante a mi parecer, cuando hice la reservacion por llamada me atendio una chava tambien me respondio todo chocante. No me volveria a hospedar por la atencion quedan, tal vez por la habitacion si, las instalaciones todo bien lw doy 8/10.

Good place to stay, the only thing is, our room was a room near of the restaurant and the movement in the restaurant start to early in the morning and you can hear everything

The service was terrible and they take advantage of people that are not from the area they charge for everything,they charged me for towels and pillowcases and they also kept my passport until i left the room im not coming back to this hotel again

Terrible, el hotel súper exigente, el personal súper payasos, cada que sales debes dejar las llaves, te dicen que mucho cuidado de daños de sábanas y toallas porque se genera cargos, y todo es viejo, toallas percudidas, viejas y lo peor que exigen mucho y llegó una patrullaen la madrugada oorque en un cuarto una mujer gritaba, imagino que borrachos de 2 a 4 am el escándalo. Terrible experiencia.

Las instalaciones están muy bonitas y cómodas, pero en las 2 noches que estuvimos hubieron ruidos toda la noche, se escuchaba como movían muebles y azotaban las puertas hasta las 3 y tanto de la madrugada, luego no puedes tomar una ducha en el momento que gustes porque no hay agua y tienen que abrirte el paso del agua tras comunicarte con recepción (es incómodo)
