we stayed for 3 nights, the layout of the room is cool but we kept finding roaches in our room.. we’ve killed 2 of them ourselves but the rooms are tall so they just run around everywhere. amenities states that the pantry is 24/7 but that’s a lie, the breakfast is just average at best, the blankets are also really uncomfortable and rough so bring your own especially if you or your kids have sensitive skin. if im really being nit-picky, the tv’s are also super old (cable so you can’t connect your devices, no netflix or shows on demand), the air conditioning is kind of weird.. no matter what temperature we set the room as, the “room” upstairs is always humid and hot. the cleaning ladies are sweet but they were banging on our door to clean the room at around 9:30/9:45 am even though checkout is at 11 am. the front desk even specified that the cleaning ladies wouldn’t come to assist unless we asked for their services but they kept showing up to clean our room out.. seems like the team needs better communication.

The facility is clean and well maintained as a whole. The breakfast is plentiful, and there is a good variety of choices. The cleaning staff work quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient to Coligny Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The only suggestion we might offer is some type fencing around the retaining pond for safety reasons, if possible.

The property, the actual condo unit was terribly difficult to find. Almost like the entire condo was built in a gigantic tree house. Stairs and walkways that would go on forever. There was an elevator that sounded like it was on its last leg. The bottom floor bedroom and bathroom had no working a/c. I had to sleep upstairs in the living rooom for n the pullout sofa. With all the windows with no curtains to TRY AND keep the heat down and cooling possible it was a struggle to balance the temperature. A neighbor driving a piece of *ish Bronco in the complex had someone come and give me a parking citation because I parked in their unmarked non identifying no parking pass needed parking space. The host company was really nice and were very helpful and responsive via text messages and that was great. The freebies the host company provided were nice as well.

The water area to wash your feet after the beach never worked.
