Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura

Infiltração de água pelo teto, molhando as malas. Colocaram um balde dentro do aposento e passsamos a noite com o barulho de goteira caindo no balde e água respingando ao chão. Nada legal postarem fotos lindas para fazer a venda da estadia e o hóspede ter frustrada a expectativa com um balde e goteira. Além disso, o chão, embaixo da cama, estava sujo e o sistema de aquecimento só aquece o chão do banheiro, sendo insuficiente. Ao chegarmos, havia obra no telhado e isso inviabilizou, por um significativo tempo, a possibilidade do uso do banheiro, por falta de privacidade, eis que o telhado é de vidro. No pátio, estavam cortando árvores e o barulho estragava a expectativa de um local de paz à beira de um lago, com uma vista linda. Somatória de fatores pelos quais eu não recomendo a hospedagem.

Este hotel es una estafa. Está cerrado. Toma las reservas pero luego no permite alojar ahí. Es un fraude.
